I’m delighted to report a major new service win today (Monday 6th July) as a result of the acquisition of the business and assets of TallyGenicom Ltd’s UK service business.

We very much welcome all former TallyGenicom clients to Qcom and look forward to providing them with world leading service levels.  Over the coming days our sales and service teams will be in contact with all TallyGenicom’s clients.  It is also our intention to provide details of contract pricing to existing Qcom clients who encounter TallyGenicom printers.

We acquired the TallyGenicom UK business from the administrators and I am confident that the deal will facilitate Qcom’s growth plans whilst at the same time providing TallyGenicom’s clients with the important reassurance that their service contracts will be honoured - thereby protecting their investment in TallyGeniconm printers well into the future.

It really is good news for everyone.
