New Team Means Business
These are exciting times to be at Qcom Outsourcing as following a surge in customer demand and a clutch of recently secured new customer relationships we’re delighted to announce a trio of new people and promotions within our sales and business development team.
The big news is the fact that Steve Binder is joining as our new Head of Sales. Steve has a really first rate track record as a sales and business development strategist and operator– most importantly as European Sales Director at leading mobile computer manufacturer LXE. "I was hugely impressed with the work Steve did for LXE across Europe," commented Qcom’s MD Neil Anderson, "so it’s absolutely fantastic to have him on board at a time when we are driving our business forward again after a period of consolidating our business platform."
Steve will be supported by Helen Newman who joins as Sales and Administration Assistant from fast growing local company Eco2Solar. Helen has a real passion for customer service and is really looking forward to joining Steve and Alastair Wood who has been promoted to Channel Account Manager "Ali joined us nearly three years ago, initially as an intern," commented Neil, "and his commitment to accurate, high quality customer service is what has earned him this well deserved new opportunity."
There are positive developments within our customer service and engineering teams too – more details on these will appear in Source 11 which will be posted within the next two or three weeks.
