For customers undertaking their own servicing, and for export markets, we are also able to provide a distribution service for spare parts. Rapid fulfilment of common items is assured, and we also offer a simple, one-stop service for the supply of less common items.

Calls from non BT lines including mobile phones may incur additional charges. Minimum call charge is 0.01 pence. All rates exclude VAT.)

For anyone concerned about fitting their spare part, we also offer a one-off call out service for a qualified engineer to visit your site and fit the part or parts in question.
