Services: Workshop Repairs

While many Qcom customers only ever see the excellent results delivered by our field engineers, behind the scenes are a range of workshop-based services that are second to none.

Qcom’s Technical Resource Centre (TRC) at Droitwich provides engineers with all the help and support they need in the field, and customers with a range of additional services to complement our on-site maintenance services.

These include rapid return-to-base repairs, where we look to assess faulty printers under warranty in two working days (three days if non-warranty). Scanner turnaround is as little as 5 to 10 days.

Workshop repairs can be carried out under contract, as part of an outsourced warranty package, or on an ad hoc basis via a fixed price matrix.
