These can be bundled into entirely bespoke packages to suit any situation. Pre-Pay Contracts Servicing can be delivered via traditional contracts (with four hour, eight hour or two day response times) or through a flexible voucher based scheme with customer’s buying blocks of calls to be used against any service requirements. The voucher system also offers resellers the chance to provide ad hoc support service to clients – simply purchase a block of calls and sell these on when a client requests an ad hoc call. No worry, no hassle with order numbers or quotes, and total peace of mind for your customer. Non-contract Repair Qcom’s maintenance and repair services are also available on a non-contract basis.
