Qcom’s Technical Resource Centre (TRC) at Droitwich provides customers with a state-of-the-art range of additional services to complement our on-site maintenance work. Our highly qualified team of engineers includes wireless and networking specialists, as well as commissioning engineers and bench repair technicians. They work to Underwriters Laboratory standards (www.ul.com) and, as such, are subject to regular auditing and independent inspection.
They are also experienced in using such software as Activesync, AirBEAM, and Wavelink, for commissioning handheld terminals.
Workshop repairs can be carried out under contract, as part of an outsourced warranty package, or on an ad-hoc basis via a fixed price matrix, with turn-around times from as short as 24 hours.
We can manage commissioning and roll-out on projects, which may involve as few as 1 to 10 units, or are major undertakings involving several thousand devices. Should you need it, we can also arrange for shipping of the units to multiple sites, and we can provide warehousing and logistics for multi-site projects.
