From our West Midlands base we enjoy excellent and quick access to the motorway network and the infrastructural hubs in Birmingham and London.

We are further supported by subsidiary offices in The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Poland, and forward stock facilities in locations across the UK and Europe.

Customer Service & Helpdesk

Our customer service and technical helpdesk teams are co-located to ensure the quickest and most efficient call resolution and the most accurate allocation of response resources.

Operations are coordinated using a suite of service management software which integrates accounts, stock, customer contract details and service calls.

Significant investment in this software has created powerful functionality for customer communication and service management, ensuring ensures seamless communication between engineers, Qcom and clients, and accurate tracking and reporting of service incidents. For truly borderless collaboration our software can be integrated with customer systems.

Technical Repair Centre

Qcom’s multi-functional Technical Repair Centre / Depot (TRC) is the nerve centre of our operation.

Multiple state-of-the-art workshop areas allow us to deliver pan-European repair services for technology manufacturers and their customers.

The TRC also houses a technology commissioning centre, as well as our inventory and logistics facilities.

Inventory

Qcom can not only manage your spares inventory but also meet your product inventory requirements, including demo stock and even bonded new stock for resale.

Our dedicated inventory systems ensure professional and fully-audited handling of stock, and we can provide a full parts sale / pick-and-pack service as required.

To facilitate inventory services we can offer a number of fully-scalable palletised storage options.

Logistics

Logistics

Logistics is often central to our work, ensuring the right resource is available to engineer or end-user at the right time.

Our software suite allows an efficient and effective logistics operation, part of which is outsourced to our third-party technical courier network, with 15 forward stock locations around the UK and Europe.

This ensures the right engineer, with the right part, is in the right place at the right time.

Training Centre

Our technology training centre provides the dedicated space and facilities required for both engineer and end-user training.

The facility is used to provide in-house training for Qcom engineers, to host new product and refresher training by our manufacturer partners, and for those manufacturers to provide end-user training for customers.

Facilities include the latest AV technology, allowing remote users to fully engage with training sessions.
