Working within our customer service department we are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with a “Can do” attitude used to working in a fast-paced environment

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be part of a team responsible for delighting our customers and to continually exceeding their expectations.

The Role

Answering Service telephone and transferring calls as required.

Taking service call details from clients and entering into system, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Operating a computerised Service Management System interface and coordinating activities between our engineers (Workshop and Field) to ensure Service Level Agreements and customer expectations are met.

Receiving details from engineers on work carried out and updating both system and clients as required.

Monitoring and replying to helpdesk inbox customer queries via email and responding where necessary.

Delivering industry leading service assisting with meeting Company targets in response, fix and first-time fix.

Raising quotes for repairs and sending to customers where appropriate.

Processing purchase orders received from customers and updating our Service Management system in accordance

Monitoring and Scheduling calls to book preventative maintenance site visits in accordance to customer contracts.

Assisting with Project Co-ordination and providing Project updates.
