The Role

We currently have opportunities in the following locations: Dundee, Warrington, Birmingham, Slough, South East London (Dartford) and Swindon.

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals looking to start their career as a field service technician. Starting out working predominantly on mobile device technology products you will attend breakdowns and preventative service calls.

Experience of building and repairing computers is beneficial but not essential as first-rate manufacturer and in-house training will be provided.

Preferably, we are seeking someone who is passionate about technology, computers and IT, who has good customer service and communication skills and an eagerness to learn.

Role and Responsibilities

Providing preventative maintenance services across a range of mobile device technologies
Troubleshooting and repair of IT hardware
Assistance with customer installations.
Management of supplied tools and parts with a high level of accuracy

Education and Experience

Good standard of secondary level education
Good level Microsoft Word and Excel

Reliable and punctual
Good technical skills
Self-motivated individual who can operate on their own initiative
Flexible approach to work including weekend and out of hours support
