Working within our customer service department we are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with a “Can do” attitude used to working in a fast-paced environment
As a customer service administrator, you will be part of a team responsible for delighting our customers and to continually exceeding their expectations.
Manage multiple customer email inboxes
Answering & directing customer phone calls
Logging of customer enquiries and field service calls in to Service Management System
Processing sales orders
Updating customers & clients on the status of their enquires/jobs
Communicating with different departments and field service engineers to progress calls
General administration duties
Have experience of working in a customer focused environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work to deadlines and can multitask.
Able to work under pressure and go the extra mile
To personally provide a committed and determined approach to managing problems.
Must be able to build rapport with customers and engineers on the telephone.
Confident IT user with experience of working with Microsoft Office and in-house systems.
Have a great telephone manner
