Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties and data entry
- Answer and direct customer phone calls
- Log customer enquiries and field service calls into a bespoke Service Management System
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry
- Update customers and clients on the status of their enquiries/jobs
- Communicate with various departments and field service engineers to progress calls efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage tasks within deadlines while multitasking in a high-pressure environment
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a determined approach to problem-solving
- Capable of building rapport with customers and engineers over the phone
- Confident IT user, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house systems
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
