Customer Service Administrator – Worcestershire

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties and data entry
  • Answer and direct customer phone calls
  • Log customer enquiries and field service calls into a bespoke Service Management System
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry
  • Update customers and clients on the status of their enquiries/jobs
  • Communicate with various departments and field service engineers to progress calls efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage tasks within deadlines while multitasking in a high-pressure environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a determined approach to problem-solving
  • Capable of building rapport with customers and engineers over the phone
  • Confident IT user, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house systems
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
