Qcom provides manufacturers with a cost-effective specialist configuration service, preparing technology projects for installation or onward distribution.

With a large pool of engineers and dedicated project management, we can meet the most demanding of roll-out schedules (measured in weeks, days or just hours). Units can be commissioned with either standard configuration or with bespoke customised setup, including user-defined items such as passwords. Units can either be checked on your premises, delivered to Qcom’s commissioning centre in Droitwich, or completed at the client’s site.

Installation

Customer training

Customer training

Training is essential to ensure the correct operation and expected customer-experience for any technology product. Qcom provides a range of standard training course for product users, super users and onsite technical support staff, as well as customised solutions designed to cover specific or niche requirements.

Courses can be carried out at Qcom’s dedicated training centre, or offsite at customer locations. Most courses run for between two and four delegates, but larger groups can be accommodated. Delegates receive certificates following the completion of all courses.
