Join us at Retail Technology Show 2026

Marc Sanderson

Qcom Technology will be exhibiting at Retail Technology Show 2026, the UK’s premier event for retail innovation, taking place at ExCeL London on 22–23 April 2026.

Bringing together hundreds of technology suppliers and thousands of senior retail decision-makers, RTS is where retailers go to discover the technologies shaping in-store, online and omnichannel experiences.

Retail Technology Show 2026

Why Qcom is exhibiting

Today’s retail, leisure, food and hospitality environments are powered by a vast ecosystem of customer engagement technologies – from EPOS and kiosks to smart lockers, food monitoring systems, digital signage and mobile devices.

Qcom is a leading provider of technical services and aftermarket support to the manufacturers behind these technologies, working across the UK and Europe to keep mission-critical equipment installed, configured, connected and running.

We’re exhibiting at Retail Technology Show 2026 to:

  1. Talk with retailers and their technology partners about the real-world service and support challenges they’re facing on the shop floor, in back-of-house operations and across multi-site estates
  2. Demonstrate how outsourced technical services can support faster rollouts, higher uptime and better customer experiences
  3. Connect with technology manufacturers, ISVs and solution providers bringing new retail innovations to market
  4. Explore new partnerships with organisations looking to strengthen or re-shape their service and support capabilities
What we’ll be talking about on the Qcom stand

Across retail, leisure, food and hospitality, Qcom already supports a wide range of technologies, including:

  • Kiosks and self-service solutions
  • EPOS and payment systems
  • Smart lockers and click & collect solutions
  • Digital signage and in-store display
  • Mobile and handheld devices (scanners, tablets, barcode readers)
  • Printers, barcoding and labelling equipment
  • Network and connectivity, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi and RFID infrastructure

At RTS we’ll be inviting retailers and their technology partners to talk to us about how we can help them:

  • Improve uptime and in-store experience – making sure critical customer-facing technologies stay online, especially at peak trading times
  • Support rollouts and upgrades – including configuration, installation, de-installation and nationwide project delivery for new technology programmes
  • Design the right service model – from total outsourcing of technical services to selective support that complements in-house IT and store teams
  • Deliver responsive field service – scalable, SLA-driven break-fix and maintenance support aligned to retail trading hours and promotional calendars
  • Strengthen after-sales and warranty support – including workshop repair, advanced swap, spares management and logistics
  • Control costs without compromising service quality – using outsourced technical services to reduce capital investment in tools, stock and vehicles while protecting the customer experience

Whether you are a retailer reviewing your existing service arrangements, a technology manufacturer, or a systems integrator building solutions for your retail clients, our team will be on hand to discuss your current and future technology estate and explore how Qcom can help you build a robust, scalable support capability.
