We are delighted to welcome three new faces to Qcom’s engineering and support teams, following another year of growth in our field services operation.
Flavius Moise and Ryan Beaz both join our field services team as engineers, working across the West Midlands under team leader Ben Sadler.
And Nicola Bourne has joined UK helpdesk team, working with Head of Service Delivery Gary Chivers to support our field team with call management, customer support and scheduling.
Qcom makes more than 60,000 site visits per year, with the field service fleet pivotal to our ability to deliver break-fix repairs, preventative maintenance, install & rollouts, and other core services.
Operations Manager Rob Heritage said: “As demand for all our core services continues to grow, we are continuing to invest in our field engineer infrastructure, further strengthening Qcom’s unique and comprehensive nationwide coverage.”
