Qcom has completed the expansion of the Technical Repair Centre (TRC) facility at its UK West Midlands headquarters.
The project has increased floor space at the facility by more than 25%, improving the technical repair team’s ability to manage and configure large projects.
It has also expanded Qcom’s e-commerce capabilities, providing additional space for inventory, stock and spare parts.
Senior Operations Manager, Rob Heritage, said: “This development allows us to be even faster and smarter in the ways we respond to our customers’ requirements.
“Operational efficiency is fundamental to the on-time and on-budget delivery of Qcom’s technical services, and the performance of our Technical Repair Centre is an important part of that mix.
“By continuing to invest in these facilities, we are making sure that Qcom customers’ continue to benefit from a genuine technical ‘centre of excellence’, capable of meeting their objectives across a full range of technical support services.
