Qcom launches enhanced AV & CET support services

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Terry Roberts as Business Development Manager for the AV sector.

Terry has worked in the AV industry since the 1980s and joins us from Roche AV where he was responsible for designing and delivering AV solutions as well as leading the installation teams. 

Terry commented: “I’ve worked in the AV industry for many years; when I started portable meant an LCD panel on top of an OHP.  I’ve seen the Audio–Visual industry transform over the years but throughout my career my focus has always been the same; delivering excellence and exceeding customer expectations. I’m looking forward to continuing this at Qcom” 

Terry will be leading our offering of outsourced service solutions for manufacturers, integrators and resellers of AV, Kiosk and Digital Signage equipment. 

As part of our ongoing commitment to this area of expertise Qcom has renewed its ongoing membership of Infocomm International.
