Qcom has been appointed by Unitech as their Authorised Service Centre for the UK and Ireland.
Unitech (www.eu.ute.com) is a global provider of AIDC technologies, manufacturing a wide range of mobile computers, rugged PDAs, tablets, RFID Readers and scanners. The agreement will see Qcom provide extended after-sales support across a wide range of Unitech equipment, providing both warranty and non-warranty repairs from June 2015 onwards, to ensure that Unitech customers receive high quality and cost-effective service.
Unitech’s Technical Manager, Sjaak van Oosterhout, said of the new partnership: “Qcom Outsourcing Ltd is well known as a leading provider of outsourced technical support, maintenance and services for specialist technology products.
